FAQ
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments go through [Razorpay / GATEWAY], so your card details never touch our servers.
Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, on orders up to ₹[COD CAP] for serviceable pincodes. There's a ₹[COD FEE] handling fee. If COD doesn't appear at checkout, your pincode isn't COD-serviceable — prepaid still works.
Are prices inclusive of GST? Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. A GST invoice is emailed with every order.
Can I get a GST invoice for my business or club? Yes. Email your GSTIN to [EMAIL] with your order number within 24 hours of ordering and we'll issue an invoice against it.
Can I change or cancel my order? Before dispatch, yes — email [EMAIL] as soon as you can and we'll cancel and refund in full. After dispatch it becomes a return.
Shipping
How much is shipping? Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, ₹49–₹249 depending on weight, shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will it take? 1–2 business days to dispatch, then 2–4 days to metros and 4–7 days elsewhere. Remote pincodes take 7–12 days. Bats with knocking-in add 3–5 days.
Do you ship outside India? Not currently.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS at dispatch. It can take 24 hours to start updating.
Returns
What's your return policy? 7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packaging with tags. Full details on the Return & Refund Policy page.
Who pays for return shipping? We do, if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. You do if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size — ₹[FEE] is deducted from the refund.
Can I return a cricket bat? Only if it's unused and not knocked in. Once a bat has been knocked in or oiled it's permanently modified and can't be resold, so it's non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
How long do refunds take? 5–7 business days from when we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take another 3–5 days to show it.
Products
How do I choose the right bat size? By height, not age. See the Size Guide — or send us your height and we'll tell you.
What does "knocking-in" mean and do I need it? Knocking-in compresses the willow fibres so the bat can take the impact of a hard ball. An English willow bat that hasn't been knocked in will crack, usually within a few innings. It takes 4–6 hours with a mallet. We offer it as a service for [free / ₹X] — most people should take it.
English willow or Kashmir willow? English willow is lighter for its size, has better rebound, and costs more. Kashmir willow is denser, more durable, and much cheaper. For leather-ball cricket played seriously, English. For tennis-ball cricket, matches on weekends, or a first bat, Kashmir willow is genuinely the better buy.
Which shuttlecock speed should I buy? Temperature and altitude change how a shuttle flies. 76 (slow) for hot, humid, sea-level conditions. 77 (medium) for typical indoor halls. 78 (fast) for cool or air-conditioned halls and higher altitudes. When in doubt, 77.
3U or 4U racket? 3U (85–89g) is heavier — more power, better for singles and stronger players. 4U (80–84g) is lighter and faster to swing — better for doubles, net play, and most beginners. If unsure, 4U.
Do your products come with a warranty? Manufacturing defects are covered for [WARRANTY PERIOD] on [CATEGORIES]. Normal wear, cracks from use, and damage from playing with an unprepared bat aren't covered.
Bulk & Clubs
Do you supply schools, clubs and academies? Yes. Email [EMAIL] with what you need and quantities and we'll quote. Bulk pricing starts at [MINIMUM ORDER].
Can you customise or brand equipment? [Answer honestly — if you can do club logos on kit, this is a high-margin line worth advertising. If not, delete this question.]
